I don’t know if other people have done this, but to make a summary of the movies I have watched in the past year is kind of funny. There are always great works show up every year, 2011 was filled with tons of excellent films, now I am presenting the list of top 3 movies in 2011, there is no evidence to prove they are the best, I’m just doing it according to my own taste, so maybe you have better perspectives, but if you are with me, you should add these movies to your portable devices with mac video converter (if you are a Mac user) so that you can enjoy them anytime anywhere.

1.The Descendants
It’s not convictive enough to call this movie a family comedy or a family ethics drama. On the surface, it told a story about a descendant of Hawaii landlord found his wife has a lover when his wife was about to die. Finally, after all the struggles, he just said goodbye to his wife quietly and went through this painful stage with his two daughters. But the film is not called “The husband and Wife” or “The Fathers and Daughters”, but called “The descendants”, obviously, family ethics is just a coat, it has nothing to do with the love affair, it’s about the faith. The insistence to family and love just likes the faith to the land and the traditional heritage. If you want to buy this movie in iTunes, you probably know that some movies have DRM protection in iTunes, so you need a drm converter, that’s the only way to enjoy them without copyrights hurdling.

2.Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol
Of the four ‘Mission’s to date, ‘Ghost Protocol’ applies the team aspect from the television series the most. This time, Ethan Hunt (Cruise) is accompanied by a techie (Simon Pegg), a revenge-fueled vixen (Paula Patton) and a new well-seasoned baddie (Jeremy Renner).

3.Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close
Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close is launched by Warner and Paramount Pictures, it aims to reflect New Yorkers’ lives after 9.11. I guess the highlight of this movie is the team that makes it happen, it is directed by British director Stephen Daldry, who directed “The Hours” and “The Reader”, two-time Oscar winner Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock appeared as protagonists in this movie side by side, Eric Roth, the famous produced is one of the team.

It’s based on the book Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close which was published in 2005, it is about a 9-year-old boy named Oskar Schell whose father was killed in 9.11 accident found a mysterious key that left by his father, so he began to find the cabinet that could be opened by this key. This movie hasn’t been released for a long time, just in case, if you download it with copyright protection from iTunes, you’d better have a free drm remover, so that you won’t waste your money.

If you haven’t watched any of them, you definitely should add them to your list of unmissable movies.
